ORGANIZATION
KAMAL ENGINEERS was established in the field of Helical gear Boxes in 1981. Since the past few years ARISTOFLEX is considred as a trysted name in teh field of manufacturing of Healical gear Boxes. ARISTOFLEX gear units are the result of decades of experience in design and production taking advantages of the most recent relevant research in the field of gearing technology.
DESIGNING UNIT:
The design of ARISTOFLEX gear box is based on German standard latest CAD software to calculate the gear profile with Addendum Modification, Correction Factor, Strength and Wear Rating calculation, Center Distance, Module, etc. The precision design of all operating parts combined with careful assembly work, exhausetive production inspection and extensive trial run ensure that ARISTOFLEX Gear Unit can be relied upon to meet the following basic operational requirements.
GEAR & PINIONS:
All kinds of Helical gear and pinions are made of highly wear resitant heat treated steel and are of helical type generated on most modern hobbing machines with highest accuracy and precision. The Gear of the smaller size are of the single helical type and of double helical type in bigger sizes depending upon the load factor
SHAFTS:
The shafts with integral teeth are made of alloy steel bar or forging duly heat-treated.All other shfts are of carbon steel.
BEARINGS:
Ball Bearings, Antifriction, Roller bearings used in the ARISTOFLEX Gear Box units ensure a long working life under load with high efficiency and maintains the position of gears and pinion in proper and permanet alignment during running.
HOUSING:
Housing of the ARISTOFLEX Gear Boxes are made of high-grade gray cast iron or of highly reinforced mild steel.Housing are of optimum weight and of stream lined appearance, The correct choice of wall thickness and arranged reinforcement ribs ensure that the housing are exceptionally resistant to vibration and distrotions. The housings are divided at the shaft center thus providing easy access to all components after removing the top half of the Housing.
COOLING:-
While going for cooling, most cases depend on the power to be transmitted and the ambient temperature. The heat generated in the gear unit is dissipated through the housing. Additional cooling, by use of fans, cooling coils inside the lower part of the housing or a separate oil cooler can be provided where simple radiant heat dissipation is not adequate.
LUBRICATION:-
For better lubrication straight mineral oil or extreme pressure oil should be use in the gear boxes Mineal oil should be with in the recommended viscosity Range and no grit or abrasives should be presents.
